Piracy is someone robbing money from you, stealing from your pocket - the pirate is a cold-hearted bad-guy thief who thinks it's OK to steal from hard-working musicians who bring you joy and pleasure with our music Please don't buy Pirated CDs, that's aiding and abetting a criminal. Please do not buy our "Thumbs Up" CD from any place on the web that has the label "Quicksilver" - a 1-man company. This is in violation of Piracy laws and is completely Unauthorized, Unlicensed. The only license on our "Thumbs Up" is to "The Orchard" on iTunes, EMusic and our label is MR-C Music, M = Mitch, R = Ray, C = Carol, a partnership - we own the master and the copyright on Thumbs Up. Please buy legally, thank-you. Carol Kaye, Ray Pizzi, Mitch Holder. See our Thumbs Up download in Catalog here.

Please don't buy my CDs or recordings of any kind from Hot Wire Records (Germany), Gap Classics, EFA, Disq D'Or, or Soul Coast Records -- these are all dealers in PIRATED RECORDINGS and are selling unauthorized stolen pirated recordings of mine. Please don't buy "California Creamin" (which is "Guitars 1965" CD Catalog), or "First Lady Of Bass" aka "Picking Up On The E String w/Bass Catch" (which is "Carol Kaye: Bass"CD), or the "Better Days" Joe Pass/Carol Kaye CD put out by 1-man co. Hotwire Records in Germany. These are pirates, illegal, and unauthorized. All these CDs are for sale here in
